Are you available for full-time roles?
My focus right now is architecture advisory work, senior mentoring for backend teams and scalable project-based work. Key technical leadership roles (Staff / Lead Architect) with remote flexibility are still welcome.
How does it go from the first message to the start?
1. You send the form with an outline of the problem or the project.
2. A short call or a 30-minute Google Meet to agree the scope.
3. A technical and financial proposal with a clear timeline (scope of work).
4. The work starts, or weekly consulting, in an agile rhythm.
Can we meet in person in Tehran?
Yes — kick-offs and final presentations can be held at your office in Tehran; the day-to-day sessions are online.
How are payment and invoicing handled?
A formal contract with an official invoice, paid per delivered phase. The details are settled in the first session.
